株式会社ネットフュージョン（以下「当社」）は、当社が提供するウェブアプリケーション「AdPitIn（アドピットイン）」（https://adpitin.com、以下「本サービス」）における利用者の情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。

本サービスへのログイン時に、Google アカウントのメールアドレスおよび表示名を取得します。利用者の識別とアクセス制御にのみ使用します。
利用者が接続を許可した Google 広告アカウントについて、Google Ads API（スコープ https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords）を通じて次の情報を取得します。
点検の判断メモ、チェックポイントの条件、承認の記録、および利用者が本サービスに接続した Google スプレッドシート（成約データ等）の指定列。スプレッドシートから取り込む項目は日付・金額・参照コードなど集計に必要な列に限定し、氏名・連絡先などの個人情報は取り込まない設計としています。
アクセスログ（IP アドレス、ブラウザ種別、日時）、および本サービスの動作に必要な Cookie（ログインセッション）。
取得した情報を広告配信のターゲティングに使ったり、第三者に販売したりすることはありません。また、当社が AI モデルの学習に利用することもありません。
本サービスによる Google API から取得した情報の使用、および他のアプリケーションへの転送は、Google API サービスのユーザーデータに関するポリシー（限定使用（Limited Use）の要件を含む）に準拠します。
AdPitIn's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
当社は、法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供しません。本サービスの提供にあたり、次の事業者に処理を委託します。

Anthropic への送信を伴うため、利用者のデータの一部は日本国外（米国）で処理されます。
本サービスは、ログイン状態を保持するためのセッション Cookie を使用します。広告目的の Cookie やトラッキングは使用しません。アクセス解析ツールを導入する場合は、本ポリシーを更新して掲載します。
本サービスは事業者向けのツールであり、18 歳未満の方の利用は想定していません。
本ポリシーは、法令の改正やサービス内容の変更に応じて改定することがあります。重要な変更は本ページおよび本サービス上でお知らせします。

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords) from the accounts you authorize: account details, campaigns, ad groups, keywords, negative keywords, search terms, ads, budgets, bidding strategies, conversion actions, performance metrics and change history.To generate review reports and proposals for your accounts, to apply and record changes you explicitly approve, to authenticate users and prevent abuse, to improve the service using non-identifying statistics, and to respond to inquiries. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising targeting, or use it to train AI models.

We do not share personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law. We use the following processors: Google LLC (authentication and API access); Anthropic, PBC (USA) for AI-generated drafts, which receives account settings, aggregated metrics, search terms and ad copy but not names or contact details (Anthropic does not train its models on this data under its commercial terms); a cloud database/hosting provider; and a payment processor once paid plans are offered. Some data is therefore processed outside Japan (in the USA).
OAuth tokens are stored encrypted only while your account is connected and are deleted and revoked when you disconnect. Ads data and review records are kept while you use the service. Upon request we delete your data within 30 days (backups within 90 days), except records we must retain by law or that have been anonymized.
Credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, with keys stored separately from data; all traffic uses TLS; data is isolated per organization; changes to ad settings are executed only after your on-screen approval and are fully logged.
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising cookies or trackers.
You can revoke access at any time from the service settings or from your Google Account permissions page. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us.
The service is intended for businesses and not for anyone under 18.
We may update this policy; material changes will be announced on this page and in the service.
